Most decluttering advice assumes everyone's brain works the same way. Mine doesn't — and maybe yours doesn't either. I specialise in ADHD-friendly organising: systems that work with how you think, not against it, so they actually stick.

No shame, no unrealistic routines — just practical, personalised support from someone who gets it.

ADHD-Informed Judgment-Free Practical Systems In-Person & Remote

Our Approach

No shame. No judgment. Just systems that stick.

Visual Systems

Clear containers, open shelving, and labels — if you can see it, you'll use it and put it back.

Decision-Friendly Sorting

We break decisions into tiny, low-pressure steps so overwhelm doesn't freeze you in place.

Body Doubling

Having someone calmly present while you work through it makes starting — and finishing — easier.

Right-Sized Systems

Not minimalist, not maximalist — just the right amount of stuff and structure for you.

Dopamine-Friendly Rewards

We celebrate small wins along the way because momentum is fuel for the ADHD brain.

No Shame, Ever

Your space isn't a moral failing. We approach every session with curiosity, not criticism.

Frequently Asked Questions

Real answers to the things clients ask most.

Where do I even begin?
Pick one small area — a drawer, a shelf, one bag — and finish it completely before moving on. Small wins build momentum.
Should I go room by room or category by category?
Either works. Room by room gives quicker visible results; category by category (all clothes, all books) shows you the true volume of what you own.
How do I decide what to keep?
Ask if you've used it in the past year and whether you'd buy it again today. If both answers are no, it's a strong candidate to go.
What if I might need it later?
For anything replaceable and inexpensive, ask “could I get this again within a day or two if I really needed to?” If yes, let it go.
Where should I donate things?
Local charity shops, shelters, and community donation centers are the easiest first stops — most take clothing, books, and household goods.
What's the most eco-friendly way to get rid of things that can't be donated?
Check for local textile or electronics recycling programs before putting things in general waste; many towns have drop-off points for exactly this.

Client Stories

Real people, real progress — no judgment, just results.

Sunny helped me tackle a kitchen that had been overwhelming me for months. We did it in two sessions and I actually cried when it was done — in a good way.

Sarah, Bristol

I'd tried every organising method going. This was the first time someone didn't make me feel broken for not being able to keep up. The systems actually work for me now.

Jamie, Manchester

The body-doubling sessions changed everything. Having Sunny there, calm and non-judgmental, meant I finally got through the wardrobe I'd been avoiding for years.

Alex, London
